Each cookie in our signature collection has a story. Some come from childhood memories. Others are inspired by ingredients we’ve fallen in love with or techniques we’ve picked up through family, travel, and curiosity. Many of these recipes come from my sister's cookie shop in Hangzhou, China. These cookies aren’t just baked; they’re crafted with purpose, in small batches, using premium ingredients that make every bite feel special.

Salted Brown Butter Chocolate Chip
This cookie is our foundation. It’s rich, toasty, and balanced — a classic, reimagined. We start with Guittard super chips, King Arthur bread flour, and real brown butter, then finish each one with a sprinkle of Maldon sea salt. It’s familiar but elevated, the kind of cookie that makes you pause and say, “Wait... what’s in this?”
Uji Matcha Shortbread
We use matcha from the oldest tea farm in Uji, Japan, a region known for producing some of the most prized green tea in the world. While this isn’t ceremonial grade, it’s bold, earthy, and beautifully vibrant. Paired with our buttery shortbread, the result is a cookie that feels calm, grounded, and quietly indulgent. It’s one of our most intentional flavors, and a favorite for tea lovers.
Vanilla Nougatine Crisp
This one is inspired by the Florentine, a classic European cookie made with caramelized almonds. Ours starts with a vanilla butter cookie that is gently piped into an open star shaped, where the center is topped with a house-made almond and honey caramel using Hudson Valley honey. We were first introduced to this style in Shanghai and fell in love with the contrast of textures and flavors. It’s crisp, rich, chewy and nutty all at once.
Pressed Pansy Lemon Shortbread
Our take on European shortbread is brightened with lemon zest and topped with edible pansies from Bloom Court Farm in Chappaqua. The flavor is buttery and clean, the look is show-stopping, and the feeling is pure delight. This cookie is made to bring joy, whether you’re giving it as a gift or saving it for yourself.
Almond Financier
Financiers were originally baked in Paris for bankers who wanted something neat and satisfying to enjoy between meetings. We make ours with almond flour, brown butter, and egg whites for that signature chewy bite. The flavor is toasty and elegant, the texture soft with a slight crisp edge, and the finish just sweet enough. It’s understated and quietly memorable.
