The dough is then scooped and rested for 48 hours before baking, where we add the finishing touches of Guittard super cookie chips and just the right touch of flaky Maldon sea salt. Crafted with intention and baked in small batches in Mount Kisco, this is the cookie that keeps people coming back.

Best if consumed within 1-2 days. Cookies can be frozen in an airtight container; thaw for 30 minutes before enjoying. For a fresh, out of the oven experience, warm cookies at 300F for 3-5 minutes or microwave for 10 seconds.
