Butter + Bow Shipping Policy

We take great care in preparing and packaging every order to ensure it arrives beautifully and in perfect condition. As a small business, we require a lead time of up to 48 hours to process and pack orders before shipping.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase.
  • During high-demand periods or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • If there are any blackout periods (such as holidays or temporary closures), we will notify customers in advance.

Expedited Shipping Requests

If you need your order sooner than our standard processing time, please email us at support@butterandbow.com before placing your order. While we cannot guarantee rush fulfillment, we will do our best to accommodate special requests.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times

  • All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS with tracking provided.
  • Standard delivery times vary based on location, typically ranging from 2–7 business days.
  • Butter + Bow is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.

Local Pickup & Hand Delivery

For local customers, we may offer pickup or hand delivery. If you are interested, please email us at support@butterandbow.com to inquire about availability.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
  • Free shipping may be offered on select promotions or for corporate orders over a certain value.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order leaves our hands, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@butterandbow.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
